We have been using Gilman Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for a few years and are totally delighted in the service they provide. My husband is no longer able to do much due to health reasons but the staff is always so helpful.
Today, Cory came to do the annual cooling checkup. He is extremely friendly, explains everything so I understand, answers my questions and even helped locate something in the attic for me on a hot day!

I had never dealt with Gilman before yesterday, but I'll be calling them again when problems arise. My tenant's AC went out yesterday morning, I called Gilman and they had someone there by lunch time. The Technician (Colby) called after he had found the problem, explained the issue and gave me a quote on the spot. He had the AC up and running shortly after.
I am very impressed as a first-time customer. I will definitely use them again.

They treat their customers very well. They installed a new HVAC unit last August, and offered a free tune up within 12 months. Instead of relying on their customers to take them up on that offer, they contact you to make sure you take full advantage of the benefit. I'm impressed overall.
First, Doug is fantastic to have in my home. Both times we’ve had to use your company for our HVAC issues, he was the tech that came. Both times he has been great! He takes the time to explain things.. what he’s going to be doing, what he’s about to do and he is very knowledgeable. He provides an organic customer service experience, which is something I strive for my agents to provide to customers at my job. As a Operations Manager, he is someone that I would love to have as a part of my leadership team. Overall, we’ve had a great experience from calling in to schedule the appointment, the communication in between and the timely repairs made.

Happened to run into a service guy while walking the dog and had an inquiry about a small project. He met me 5 minutes later to see what I needed and then 20 mins later I’m scheduling an appointment for service the next day! The following day I get a call that they are ahead of schedule and would like to come earlier. Heck yeah! Jake and his helper were prompt and extremely courteous and professional. This was my first-time contacting Gilman for service. I called them for a second opinion. Very professional and honest from start to finish. I will be recommending Gilman to family, friends, and everyone in between.
The first day that I turned on my AC was the day I was leaving for my honeymoon. I noticed that we had a freon leak. I called a larger HVAC company in the area and was placed on a list. I was scrambling to have the house stay cool for the dogs and sitter while we were gone. I stumbled upon calling Gilman, where I found the best HVAC customer service I've ever received. The master HVAC technician, Doug, called me back and left his house at 7pm on a Monday night to top off my freon, evaluate where the leak was located, and gave me an estimate to repair the leak. Doug was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. No doubt, I'm going to be using Gilman from here on out!
Great job needed a new hot water heater -- Gilman came right away within one hour and had me up and running in short order with a new hot water heater installed professionally and at a reasonable price.
Very friendly from the receptionist to the techs. Very honest through the whole process and got my unit running perfectly again. I highly recommend them.
Came home to find my unit blowing hot air. I had rented for years and the landlord always used Gilman so I gave them a call at 5:55pm. The receptionist was super nice and friendly and got my account set up in minutes. Technician Robby, who I had worked with at my old place was here within the hour. He immediately diagnosed the problem and changed the part within minutes. I literally had my AC blowing cold again 60 minutes from the time I placed my call.
